DirecTV and Fox Sports Net

Quick question for folks in DSM with DirecTV: In the past, the Chicago Comcast channel aired the FSN games. Now I guess they don't. Anyone have any luck on the phone with them regarding giving us the closest Fox Sorts Midwest channel, or do you have to buy a package?

I have season tics, so the home games aren't a worry, but I know I'm going to run into a problem for road games.

Buy the sports pack...it's worth it and you get alot more Big 12 games. 12 bucks...worth it.

Des Moines folks should get Comcast Chicago (665) and FSN Midwest (671) without having to purchase the sports pack.

Go with the sports pack as the Tulsa game was on several Fox Sports Net outlets on Saturday. Since Comcast now owns NBC,Comcast will no longer run a competitors (Fox) sports programming.

A bit off topic but I'm happy to report Fox Sports AZ carried the Tulsa game and I was able to catch it yesterday from the beach in Rocky Point Mexico. Go State
