I was kinda hoping Google would win the newest lawsuit against Apple, blocking them from importing pretty much their entire line of products.

Samsung's going to try. They've already threatened to sue if Apple puts LTE into their new iphone. I doubt there will be any blocking, but they could get some money back.

If you are talking plan terms, it is 20 months. If you are talking in store waiting in line, its also about 20 months.
