BREAKING UPDATE: Police now have David Baker in custody. He apparently exited his home without incident. It appears that he was wearing a sequin dress at the time police took him into custody.Neighbors are still not being allowed back into their homes while police confirm that there is no threat to their safety. EAST MILLCREEK — A SWAT team has surrounded the home of a man who police say is "mentally unstable" and may have planted explosive devices in his neighbors' homes and at a house high in Mt. Olympus. As many as 40 homes have been evacuated near 3100 East and 3900 South in the East Millcreek/Mt. Olympus area — all houses within 100 yards of David Baker's house at 3830 S. Del Mar.
