I'll be there. I polished off my training this year by skipping my running for three weeks (in favor of football games and hunting) and am going out for a birthday party tonight. I may just add the "icing to the cake" by taking some whiskey shots before the gun?
I fear tomorrow getting here. It's my 3rd Living History Farms race, but my first I've ever tried to tackle without any training. Dam to Dam (June) was the last time I ran and I've been doing my very best to do as little physical activity as possible. Now I'm pretty sure it's going to jump up and bite me when I try going 7 miles tomorrow. The goal at this point is to not end up in the back of an ambulance. :)

As long as the hospital has the game on tonight or you are released by 6pm....those are my only concerns!!
I know I can will myself through anything...the level of training I do before hand just dictates the level of suffering I have to endure after. Tomorrow night might hurt a little :)
Who's in? Weather looks decent considering the time of year. I think parking for packet pick up and the race will be a nightmare. With low water levels, I don't anticipate the stream crossings to get that muddy.
See you all there!
I did it last year and had a blast. Unfortunately, didn't get signed up in time this year:( I saw on their facebook page that the creeks are all but dried up. Should make things a lot different.
