that song does have a Cecilia beat. But every time I hear that song I think that Some Nights by Fun is the long lost track from the "Coming To America" soundtrack Where Freddie Mercury teamed up and fronted for Men at Work and they came up with this song :)

I've been thinking that Bruno Mars song definitely sounds like a Police ripoff. I was tempted to get on the twitter machine and ask him how much one of their (The Police) B-sides cost, but it was not worth the potential teeny-bopper outrage.

The two songs definitely have some similarities, but in no way is Bruno ripping off The Police. Not even close. Both songs just have a similar style...

And I'm not a huge fan of Bruno just cause it isn't my style, but that guy probably has the best voice in music today. His talent is ridiculous.
