Didn't watch the video but that lady is trolling a whole lot of people, as this is really old. Saw something a couple months ago where a guy wrote a letter to the editor for his local newspaper about moving the deer crossing because the deer were causing too many accidents on a rural highway. Gonna try to find it.

Any mention of North Dakota, as we enter deer hunting season and winter, reminds me of this Crystal, ND weather alert.
Did some research on Deer-Vehicle Crashes at ISU. IMO, those signs are a waste of money because 1) People don't slow down when they see one, 2) They are normally placed in reaction to a number of crashes and rarely is there any criteria to move/take them down after X years and 3) Deer can't read and follow them.
