I would say its your duty to cast an informed vote.

Only you can judge if you feel informed enough, but if you haven't done any research into which candidate fits your beliefs the most and only really listened to ads and sound bites, i might say voting isn't for you. It is your right to vote, but it is your responsibility to have informed yourself about it beforehand.

I know last election it was 9775 for McCain and 9776 for Obama. I am just curious if those are still the same?

Also did they finally wave the fees? $0.99 a vote got expensive fast.
