You take that back!!! Such a classic. A lot of the best stuff in the movie is extremely subtle, but makes it awesome.
Re: Most overrated movies?
Not sure if its been mentioned yet, but 2012 was ******* terrible.
The acting = Awful.
The story line = Even worse.
The special effects = The english language has yet to develop a word to adequately describe just how bad it was.

I think that movie was overrated by exactly nobody.

I used to like them, but the plots frustrated me, and I think I got burnt out on them. First they rereleased them in the mid to late 90s, then the episodes 1 - 3 were everywhere, etc.

Saying this, I agree with you that it is overrated. Pretty good, but I felt like Fern Gully, Pocahontas and Dances With Wolves were involved in a three way head on collision.
No, I didn't say it was overrated. I couldn't say that fairly, not having seen it. I just meant to respond to the others who had listed it.

Pretty much anything Kevin Smith put out after Clerks got progressively worse. Mallrats had some good moments, Chasing Amy had some good dialogue... but overall they were just bad movies after that. I did enjoy most of Zack & Miri.
I refuse to watch Avatar. It was so overhyped to me, everyone kept telling me that it was the best thing ever, and it just looks sort of dumb.
Unless you're watching it in a theater with 3D goggles on, there's no point in seeing Avatar. I get the sense that most people didn't watch it for the storyline.

I honestly never get tired of Inception, that man Christopher Nolan is a genius.
I disliked Juno because I could not fathom how a teenage girl could be so cavalier about having a baby. Someone recently explained to me that Juno's "oh, no big deal" attitude was just her defense mechanism, and I think that interpretation makes the movie a little more tolerable...but I still didn't enjoy it.
