Why do men hate throw pillows?

Just changed to my winter duvet cover and it has lots of pillows that match (like 6). I know the first thing I'm going to hear is "why do we have to have all of these pillows".

FYI Its not a pillow if you can't use it as a pillow. Meaning if you get angry if someone uses a "throw pillow" to rest their head, then it doesn't make any sense to have such pillow and its only a waste of everyone's time and money.

This. THey may look nice, but they suck to rest your head on, and are usually in the way, most often when you are tired, or trying to get comfortable. And if you don have a good place to put them, then they jsut get knocked to the floor. Other than looking nice, they serve no purpose.

Yup - in the evening, take them all off the bed, put them in the corner, closet, or elsewhere...

in the morning, pick them up, and put them back on the bed.

most guys do not feel they make the room look any better than without them.

Well there was this one time when we used them to prop something for access to something else. Other than that, yep pretty much agree with everybody else.

Throw pillows = decorative pillows, fabric usually matching duvet cover

Duvet = cover for down comforter
