Do OWI's come off your record after a while? For a 55 year old guy with four OWI's, the first being in 1997...I would not be surprised if there were more before that.

I don't get why we let people get away with this. Our laws obviously aren't tough enough. He is going to have to kill somebody 1st.

Yeah, eventually he'll hit someone instead of something and then someone will finally realize maybe he shouldn't be driving.

Apparently, and I'm jaded about this one, he's too big a deal and too connected to get what he deserves.

At the very least, he can't have a license. That's ridiculous. He's earned the right to be banned from the road for life, since he's not responsible enough to control himself.

Or we can just let him keep going until he kills somebody.

One of the charges was driving without a liscense so apparently they already took that from him. Not sure how anyone can have a job selling cars when they can't legally drive them.

Probably doesn't do the actual sales and certainly not test drives in his job position.
For a sales job, though, they ask about your driving record right away.
