Only because you didn't know how to modify that bat to make it the most awesome bat short of a real wooden/aluminum bat. Cut the end off, stuff the inside with wet newspaper, then tape the end back on using duct tape taping all the way down the barrel of the bat. That bat was then sturdy enough to hit tennis balls with it. If you had a decent enough swing you could hit home runs out of a regular Little League field.

SpiroGraph. They made cool patterns, but the pins they gave you to hold the ring in place ALWAYS came loose before you could finish your pattern.

I could play with it's hair, but I wasn't allowed to cut it.

Biggest disappointment from my childhood. We were very poor. This was my only non sock/underwear type gift that Christmas. I felt so bad that my mom spent $40 bucks on it, I played with a lot. Yes, remember when kids got one toy for Christmas?

Wacky Wallwalkers were useless after the first or second throw, because they got lint all over them and then didn't stick to anything.

I wanted this SO BAD when about 9 or 10 'cause the kids in the commercial really seemed to have fun doing all the wacky set-up and Rube Goldberg contraption play. I think I finally got it for my birthday that fall. The game itself was stupid and not fun and the actual pieces were kind of junky and so the contraption didn't really work right either most of the time.

I don't think I ever actually played the game, just built the trap and played with it that way.

Right. And after it didn't work right about 8 out of 10 times you tore it down and never played with it again. Terrible toy/game.

This one would have to be giving it a run for it's money. Before the movie no one had ever heard of it. And to think M & M Mars told them no when they wanted to feature M & M's in the movie.
