I had about 100 Star Wars figures from the original sets, plus the Milleneum Falcon, Death Star, X Wing, tie fighter, Darth's tie fighter and much more. I shudder to think how much all of that would be worth if I had kept them in their original packaging. As it ended up, I sold all of them for $35 at a garage sale.

The Wapsi River flowed through my backyard as a kid. It split the quarter section I grew up on in two, and there was a pretty good sized patch (about 20 acres) of woods and swamp that lined it. I used to go out there with my dog and a BB gun and pretend I was fighting battles against imaginary Indians, Southerners, Nazis, whatever. I'd just spend hours wandering around out there.

In the next couple years I'd like to find a small tract of unfarmable land along a river/stream that has some trees and just have a place to go and fart around in the woods, camp, whatever.
