    curious to see where this goes. If I recall correctly, exit polls from this past election showed that Iowans overwhelmingly were in favor of keeping pot illegal.

    Iowa City, Grinnell, Mt Vernon, Ottumwa, Quad Cities, Dubuque, and Waterloo are fertile ground for Hawkeye Potheads and methheads.

    From an agricultural standpoint I would think the cultivation of Hemp would be a big positive.

    guessing you will get some different folks to come out an vote if this was on the agenda versus the typical voters at a general policitcal election.

    This doesn't surprise me at all. Iowa will be among the earlier states to legalize pot. There's just too much to gain and too little to lose.
