Every time he begins to speak place your hand over your mouth as though you need to cough and loudly cough out the word "bull****!". Nobody will ever suspect it's you or you'll probably get the sympathy for coming down with a cold.
I've got a brother-in-law that is the same way. He's made a few trips to Wales this year for mission work remodeling some bathrooms in a castle that's going to be used for some sort of ministry. You know, Wales, the third-world country 2 hours away from London.
I've had some friends in the past who have asked for "donations" to do trips like this. They kind of package it as you pay for part of the airfare and we'll do so much good when we go there. I've never done it and always thought there is plenty of good that can be done in some places here in Iowa. Why aren't you willing to work here?
As far as what to say about the guy. I always say if you don't have anything good to say about someone, don't say anything at all. That's hard to do at times, but you have zero to gain tearing the guy down.
