Is it 4:30 yet? I love getting urgent requests from countries 16 hours ahead of me that the request I already took care of didn't go through and they need me to fix it. I highly, highly suspect that the email for the agency I sent information to has changed and I wasn't told. Of course, I need someone to confirm this for me as it's sensitive information.........and it's approximately midnight on a Friday night in the country who needs to confirm this for me. And they need it yet today. The odds are not good.

Please do not wait until the last minute to send through urgent requests and then make sure you at least give me the right contact information!

LOL! I'm just annoyed. It happens with type of request far too often. If they request certain things, I need very specific information from them to complete the request. Like, say, your name, social security number and address. And sometimes I'll just get your first name and driver's license or your last name and address.

And no matter how many times that's repeated, I still end up having to go back after someone to get more info. Or the email comes to me in another language and they've just pasted the Google translate underneath. Got that today too. Google translate does not understand certain things. So I'm reading through the email and it's like someone just threw English words into a paragraph.

Happens to me all the time as I'm the direct contact for a good amount of our off-shore vendors.
