Kinda reminds me of a house in Ankeny about 5-6 years ago who hooked up with a radio station and did this. Heard the guy got sued by all his neighbors for not being able to get sleep/not being able to leave there home. So he never did it again.

yes they do. we had someone in our neighbor hood put out a sign that said tune to something and we could listen and watch while we drove by for a block or so
Whatever would drive someone to invest that much of their time to a seasonal light display is beyond my scope of comprehension. I'll stick to my wreath and candle in the window welcoming the special day.
