I picked it, but if how well you can sing it was a criteria, can I revote?

    Re: Favorite Christmas Carol

I loved doing the Christmas concert in Stephen's and hearing the audience sing all the carols in between choirs. Lot of bang for your buck instead of hoping Christmas church service will pick all the ones you like. Because they never do, they always slip It Came Upon a Midnight Clear or something else in there.

I really like Mercy Me's version of Little Drummer Boy (I tend to be a traditionalist for Christmas songs)

I really was kind of surprised to see Angels we have Heard On High on the list. I voted for that one. Brings back memories of my younger brother after church singing the words, "Gloooooooooooooria, In excelsius Day Old Bread."

If you get tire of listening to carols try the Nutcracker Suite. It seems Christmasy

Not really a carol but I kind of like Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming. Played a lot around Christmas.

Silent Night. Used to sing it to my baby boy when driving around looking at Christmas lights to get him to go to sleep. Transfer from car to crib always a little iffy though.

    Re: Favorite Christmas Carol

"Carol of the Bells" for classic/hymn/that type of carol

Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmas Time" for a more contemporary style

My 6 and 4 year old daughters and I went for a walk Sunday night after supper. Eventually it turned into caroling. We plan to recruit some more people and go again this weekend.
