wonder if it was really a suicide

Most of these 'morning zoo' DJ types are dimwitted jagoffs who'll do whatever moronic stunt it takes to get the public to look their way and give them some attention. If this turns out to be a suicide and their prank was part of what led to it, I hope these idiots are haunted by their actions for a long, long time.

An MI5 operation due to transferring a phone call?

It was a prank call. It's not like the conversation was anything terrible. Hard to believe something that minor would result in a suicide.

Yeah probably being fired from her job and at least disliked by your country's nobility is no biggie.

Public embarrassment and humiliation can definitely lead to these types of actions...sad!

In the article it says she wasn't the person who divulged the information, so what is there to be embarrassed about?

This brings up a good question. How are hospitals and similar institutions supposed to filter out the real from the fake? It's not like they could ask for the queen's personal info to confirm it was her. Certainly not everything can be done in person...
