Got up at 4:40 to blow the driveway for the Mrs. She's been gone for an hour and still hasn't made it to work. Mine is closed, as everything should be. I won't accomplish anything useful. Good day to dust off a couple BluRays.

I wouldn't suggest it. I have a coworker (I work in Ames) who lives in Huxley, she tried and didn't make it in.

I'm actually home because our daycare provider's son is sick. I'm trying to work from home, but that won't be very effective if my husband goes in to work later.

at work. CR only got 5 inches overnight and schools still canceled. Schools should no be able to cancel that far in advance.

I'm gonna go ski in the four feet of snow that has fallen in the last 10 days.

Oh..wait...I have the day off anyway and get to ski everyday. Carry on. Though I am intrigued by the Thundersnow I've been hearing about.
