Time to watch???? Just watch MY Name is Earl
By the time I get home 4 to 5:15 get online and catch up with news, Cyclone fanatic , and other major websites, eat, clean up dishes, talk to spouse, kids. Minor honey dos maybe, local volunteer committee meetings 1 to 2 times a month. Sometimes I am just plain tired. Fitness center at least 1 out of 3 days average. Netflix is for the 5 to 6 hours a weeks when I can't find anything to watch on my limited 221 local cable provider. If start to watch a series sometimes it is 3-4 weeks before I get time to watch it again. So in my case My Name is Earl gets my vote. You can watch any episode and never be lost.

Don't know if it's on there but I love the show Justified. Great, believable cast on that show.

Go with The Wire. It is a fantastic show.

LOST and White Collar. I'm watching season 1 of White Collar right now and I think it's great. Jericho's on there too but it was cancelled so there's only one and a half seasons. Still worth watching I'd say.

I'll also throw in another vote for Breaking Bad. Great show.

Re: Best Movies/TV Shows on Netflix
Some great, short-lived shows on Netflix, Arrested Development, Freaks & Geeks, and Firefly (plus Serenity). Great shows without too long of a commitment to watching them.

There are only 6 episodes, but the British show Sherlock is really good.

We've been watching stand up comedy since we added streaming. We'll probably watch some documentaries too.

I'm surprised Mad Men isn't being mentioned more. If you like Breaking Bad you will definitely like Mad Men. It does start a bit slow so don't give up after the first episode or two.

That's funny. I watched the first two episodes just recently, and wasn't very impressed. Thought about giving up, but if it gets better I might keep going. When does it start to pick up?

Re: Best Movies/TV Shows on Netflix
The entire Stargate Saga (SG-1, Atlantis, Universe, and the movies) are up there. I really enjoyed that.
I also liked Psych, Mad Men, Bones, Arrested Development (surprised I'm the first to mention this), Parks & Rec, and Archer.
