I'll be interested in a couple of things; 1) Why this evil ***** was let out on parole, especially given the rather chilling comments left behind in his note that was found (no link, but to paraphrase, he wrote about wanting to burn down the whole neighborhood and do what he does best, kill people), and 2) whether the gun he used was obtained legally or not. If it was bought legally, I'm looking to hearing Wayne LePierre tell us that in order to solve the problem we just need to make sure firemen go to put out fires armed with handguns next to their fire hoses.

Great points. Why is this obviously angry unstable murderer out on parole? And why do we do such a **** poor job of keeping guns out of the hands of psycho murderers like this? It seems this was definitely preventable.

Also, it sounds like he killed his sister too.

Anybody who has already killed somebody before should a) probably not be let out of prison or b) be allowed to have a weapon. So messed up.
