Re: Worst names you have ever heard?
I run into all sorts of great names at my work. I've seen Roger Rodgers, Lucas Sky Walker and twins named Joseph and Joey and their middle names are Dupree and Supree. Great parents!!

Re: Worst names you have ever heard?
I asked a friend about this since she's a teacher, and these are some of her favorites:
Thundyr
Stryker
Special
Ryder
Trigger (which would be cool if the kid had more than a .00000000000035% chance of growing up to quarterback the Dallas Cowboys)
Gyna (pronounced "jean-uh", even if only 1/350 people would ever actually think that)
Glock (my personal favorite)
Plus Dakota(h) for both boys and girls, and apparently ever other kid now is named Nevaeh (heaven spelled backwards, so new age!!!). This trend of substituting "y" for "I" (and sometimes "e", apparently) is so incredibly white trash. I really do think the world will look like Idiocracy someday, only it will be much sooner than we think.
What ever happened to nice names like Ellen, Angie, and CLONECONES?

My husband's former co-worker has a son named Blaze. (I believe the son is now college-aged) Then there's my husband's cousin's kids....Atticus, Diedrich, Lincoln, and Thea Belle.
Many years ago, my mom, dad, aunt, and uncle were playing a game called "Go to the Head of the Class". My aunt reads a card as "Spell 'rare-riffy'" My mom and dad were confused, so she repeated it, and they were still baffled. They finally looked at the card, and the word was "rarify". My aunt was a second grade teacher for nearly 40 years.
I've seen some porn that had this for a plot.

Ohhhhh, how did I forget this?
My best friend in high school. Adream...pronounced "A-dreem" Yeeaaahh, her dad was supposedly asleep when...well, y'know.
My mom was a 3rd/4th grade teacher before I was born, and there was a student named Matthew she wasn't too fond of. He would be on the swing during recess, and to the rhythm of the swing going back and forth, he would chant "Mrs...Miller...is a...killer..." She swore then that if she ever had sons, she would never name them Matthew.
And for the love of God, if you have multiples, don't give them similar names. They're already going to share last names and dates of birth, and it's likely that they'll have similar social security numbers. This will cause problems for them later in life. (See twins named Sheri (SHARE-ee) and Sheree (shah-REE))

You guys have done that the last two times I came in."
