I am sure if you wait a few years that the exaggerations could make them better.

11. High on self sufficiency. Zeros on Vanity and Exhibitionism. I didn't know quite how to answer items on my thoughts on future success since I'm retired.

I usually don't care to think about things like this, but when put into terms like this it makes sense, I suppose.
Scored a 20. 4's on self sufficiency and superiority. 2's and 3's on everything else.

From the article: Twenge adds that while the Freshman Survey shows that students are increasingly likely to label themselves as gifted in writing ability, objective test scores indicate that actual writing ability has gone down since the 1960s.
I think this is a direct result of giving out trophies for participation, and not keeping score in youth soccer games.
Kids these days are dumb, but their teachers and coaches have to tell them how great they are so not to hurt their poor confidence levels. boo hoo.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that. ~ George Carlin
There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves Orcs. ~ John Rogers
