    Finding House To Rent in Campustown

    Anyone have any ideas or suggestions to make when renting a house in Campustown? 4 -5 of my friends and I want to rent a house for next year. Welch, Stanton, Knapp, Wood, Campus Ave, any house with in a close walking distance from bars and campus would be nice. Any tips or suggestions on where to start? Thanks

    I lived on Campus Ave a few years and while it was nice to be that close to campus I would have preferred to be closer to the bars. I would say Welch, Stanton, or Knapp. Just remember that you will be paying for the location not the house.

    Campus Ave was just throwing that out there kinda. Would really like to be close to bars, but NOT to close so if we have people over randoms dont just start flocking there.

    Check the property tax records and find out who the owners are. Contact them and let them know your interest if they should have an opening.

    I rented from MTR for a few years and I really liked them. They basically left you alone and if you needed something they would come right over.

    Just signed a lease for a house in El Paso. Never realized how expensive houses were in college.

    Do you know anyone that rents a house that will be graduating ? Way back when you could rent a house and just keep reloading on tenants from year to year.
