Life Lessons Not Mentioned
My Father has given me numerous bits of life lessons over the years about cars, women, and other manly things, but I have noticed one that he never handed down. The forgotten lesson is to never shave if you have exercised within the last 30 minutes.
It never fails. I exercise, shower, and then sometimes I think it is a good idea to shave. It is always the same. I start sweating all over again from exercising recently which causes the shaving cream to drip everywhere and I just feel disgusting afterwards. I often hop back in the shower after this whole thing plays out because I feel more disgusting than I did after exercising.
I am just wondering if anyone else has any examples of Fatherly/Motherly Tips that weren't passed along and you had to figure out on your own.
