I have the Nexus 10. Here are my list of pro's and cons:
Pros:
The screen resolution is great.
ICS Operating System allows multiple completely unique user accounts. My wife's profile is completely different. We each get to set things up the way we want them.
The processor seems fast enough for the games and apps we run.
Linking up with google drive, or other cloud storage makes up for only having 32gig.
Cons:
Some have complained about battery life. If you have the screen at full brightness and you are running the processor a lot you are only going to get 5 hours. I think the ipad can get closer to 9. If all you are doing is browsing and lightly using apps you do not have to charge for days.
USB charger takes a while to charge. I charge overnight though so not a huge con.
Some have complained about the lack of apps set up for the high resolution of the screen. Just in the time I have owned it this has gotten much better.

Overall I am happy with the purchase.
I've had the same experience. I really like mine. I'm not a huge "apps" user. I just use it for web browsing and movies.

My nexus 7 does not last anywhere near what my ipad does for battery power. I like my 7 a lot but that part blows. Your 10 doesnt have jellybean?

Really good assessment. I like the size of my Nexus 7 quite a bit!!
My kids got the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7 inch) for Christmas. So far it's been a great little tablet and I pick that up over my iPad most of the time - until my kids tell me to "give it back".
Nice little tablet at a very reasonable price. Only has 8gb on on-board memory, but we bought a couple 32gb SD cards and have no complaints.
Just another option for an Android Tab at a pretty decent price.

That's weird because my Nexus 7 and Ipad 3 have almost identical battery life.
Did you get yours on launch day? Mine also has the inevitable random shut itself down and not come back on till the power button is pressed for 30 seconds. Apparently it plagued the early versions.

Nope, got it about 3 weeks ago. Took it on the trip to Memphis and used it the whole way down without a charge.
