Hopefully its warm enough in central Iowa for it not to turn to ice; ice storms are the worst...

Now that I'm a big kid, I only like winter storms if they get me a day at home and don't come in the form of ice. A weekend ice storm is good for neither.

The last ice storm was only fun for the 45 minutes of sledding down our frozen road. The next three days of no electricity with a farm to run kinda overran the fun factor.

My thoughts exactly. My hours and hours of research and analysis show it'll either be significant or insignificant. Worse than that, it could be cold or not so cold.

Thinking some freezing rain early Sunday in Des Moines, but at this point I'm thinking a fairly quick push to all rain before it gets too crazy.
