The games are too long. You basically have to commit to being online at least every single night for two weeks in the hour before the deadline with all of the rescinding and vote switching and shenanigans that go on. I often am anyways or can get on via mobile, but I think I prefer the lightning round model where we just commit to a 3-4 hour block on one night.

I'd prefer a game that lasted only a week. That's hard to do with so many people playing but possible if you have multiple mafias.
If we could find a happy medium, it'd be much better. I agree with DC that it kinda sucks that you almost have to commit that time to being online before the deadline otherwise it makes you look suspicious or whatever. But if we slowly changed the way the game's played (like we already have), it could make it more acceptable to not be online. Of course if it's down to like 5 people, you should probably be online, but I'm talking about when there's 20 or more.
