The Birdcage is pretty funny. The casting was absolutely perfect for that movie.

Kung Fu Hustle is great. The Legend of Drunken Master is pretty good also.

Being a Rush fan, I Love You Man has its moments... Jason Segel & Paul Rudd Meet Rush from Jason Segel, Paul Rudd, and Rush
Not totally sure what I'd pick as my favorite funny movie though.

The second funniest might be when the Dude crashes his car after dropping a lit roach between his legs and pours beer on it.

The driving through the mall thing I'd seen before - I don't remember what movie, it may have come out afterwards, but it was sort of just not a huge moment for me. It probably would have helped if I'd seen this movie when I was younger and closer to when it came out, instead of at 24 or so after it had been out for almost 20 years (ballpark). How about "Bandits", a classic.
