Do you drink coffee in the morning?

A few cups a day. I was sensitive to caffeine and when I first started drinking it I would get a mild euphoric feeling. It was awesome. Obviously, that didn't last, but I still love the stuff.

I do occasionally. I dont do it for the caffeine. It doesnt really charge me up anyway. I switch in tea now and then as well. Its just kind of a morning relaxer for me.

I never drink coffee. I don't want to end having to rely on something to get me going in the mornings.

Don't drink coffee. If I have a morning meeting that I know will be very boring and long I may pick up a Coke or Pepsi though.

I usually have one traveler of coffee winter weekday mornings for my drive in to work. During the summer and on weekends, generally not. I have a nice coffee maker that brews the coffee right into one or two travel mugs which works great since Mrs. Velo doesn't drink it. My 4 year old is always trying to drink my coffee, though. He says he likes it and is always imploring me to "Share, right?"

I like smell of coffee in the morning. I just like the smell, not the taste.

I didn't participate in the poll, sorry, but I didn't see one that fit. I definitely drink it more than "every now and then" but I'm far from having to have it. 3-4 days a week I'll drink some coffee and I do enjoy it for the pick me up, but my day definitely isn't ruined if I miss a cup.

Try going to bed earlier or something. I have to be at work everyday at 6 am and I have a 6 month old, no excuses.

I have tried to drink coffee on different occasions. I've tried some of the flavored types and drowning a regular cup with cream and sugar, but it still tastes like coffee. I don't have a problem with anyone who wants to drink it. We even have a coffee maker at home for when company decides they would like some (mostly older relatives). I used to get odd looks from people at a job I had when I'd walk in with a Diet Coke first thing in the morning. "How can you drink that stuff this early?" they'd ask. I would reply, "It's no different than you with coffee, except it's cold, and tastes better." But I have seriously tried several times to "enjoy" a cup of coffee and I just can't get past the bitter taste of it.

Usually just one cup a day, occasionally two. But I am a huge snob, so I'm at the point where I can only make it at home in order to get a cup that tastes good to me - I only go to a local coffee shop if I have no other options.

I can't drink my coffee black though, terrible stuff.

My first year or so drinking it, I was the same way. Until my boss made fun of me so much that I started drinking it black. 8 years later, I can't drink it any other way. You know what they say....once you go black, you'll never go back.

I drink 4-6 cups per day and maybe 1 cup on the weekends.

It tastes terrible and ruins peoples breath... I work with people who drink coffee and it makes their breath reek.
