I need a good place to eat in marion/ cedar rapids
I'm driving back from visiting my grampa and want to stop somewhere in the cedar rapids or marion area to grab a quick bite to eat. Any recommendations? I'm not looking for just fast food but should be fairly quickish. I'm coming in from 151 from anamosa and heading to des moines so pretty much anywhere can be on the way.

I just ordered a large chicago style zoey. Should have plenty of leftovers! (I'm dining alone). I'm sitting kitty corner from a girl with a cyclone country sweatshirt. Love seeing that in eastern iowa!

Zoey's is a good choice but it will NOT be fast, so be prepared.

There are more of us on this side of the state than you think. Ive been to Zoey's a lot and more often than not there is some one in addition to my girl friend and I wearing cyclone gear.

Cedar Rapids has a lot of ISU alumni. We are just outnumbered by all the tavern hawks. I've noticed a lot more ISU gear being worn in the past 2-3 years though.
