    Lent sacrifice?

    I was trying to decide what to give up for lent and need some help. I'm thinking about giving up pop but open to other suggestions. What are other CF'ers giving up?

    I know it's kind of cheesy but you could always add something to your day too. Random act of kindness, compliment a family member or something like that.

    Giving up pop and energy drinks. Did that a few years back and last about 5 lbs alone without changing anything else. Plus I felt a lot better too.
