No Diggity - Blackstreet
Very Superstitious - Stevie Wonder
Cover of the Rolling Stone - Dr. Hook
Summer Nights - Rascall Flatts
Centerfield - John Fogerty
"Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game"
"Hey I just met you, and this is crazy, but here's my number, so call me maybe?"
I wouldn't call them "cool" songs as much as makes me upbeat (not always happy up beat but you know).
Underworld - Cowgirl
Lo Fidelity All Stars - Battleflag
Banco De Gaia - Celestine
Monster Magnet - Negasonic Teenage Warhead
Anthrax - Only
Corrosion of Conformity - Heaven's Not Overflowing
Bachelors of Science - Strings Track
Stevie Wonder - I Was Made to Love Her
Michael Jackson - Earth Song (the apex..)
Thievery Corporation - State of the Union
Underworld - And I Will Kiss
The Music - Get Through It
The Music - Welcome to the North

I agree, it doesn't, but most don't really fit the "cool" thing in the way the thread means. I don't mean, like, "Wow, this song makes me really cool by listening to it," I mean more that the song has an intrinsic "cool" sound to it. Here's a few more:
"Dry the Rain" - The Beta Band
"Moneymaker" - Rilo Kiley
"All The Young Dudes" - Mott the Hoople (this one less than the other two)
I'm not really sure how to put what I'm looking for into words, but I think there are definitely people who have understood where I was going with it.
