    also noting for later since we'll be in this boat in about a year.

    My boss had to buy a mailbox - and then deal with the cement/posthole digging or whatever it is. That was her unexpected thing. That, shower curtains, and blinds.

    I was going to post a fake real estate listing for the bat cave. Something like "comes with awesome bigscreen TVs and own butler who can monitor everyone's cell-phone calls in the city". I didn't have much time to think it over.
