    Am I ready things all wrong, but is Earl predicted 8-12 inches for us thru February 28th???

    Earl isn't predicting anything. What you see is a computer model output in graphical format. HTH.

    The person that runs that website isn't making a prediction like your local meterologist. He just links the data that meterologists use to make their forcasts. You are viewing raw data in an easy to read graph. That's all. No human interpetation of the real-life dynamics of the current weather systems is figured into that raw data.
