For those who have installed a Fathead

I have an I-State Fathead that I'm hoping to put up in my garage. The garage is attached and stays fairly warm in the winter, so I'm not worried about temperature (instructions indicate to hang in climate controlled enviroment).

My question is on the wall texture. Instructions seem pretty clear wall should be smooth. Since 95% of finished walls are textured, I'm hoping someone has tried and had success putting one up on a slightly textured wall.

Anyone or am I out of luck?

You might need to put some tacks in to hold it up a bit since it's a textured wall
