New York and especially Chicago would've won if it wasn't for the pettyness of the USOC. They couldn't agree on revenue sharing at all so that is why they were ousted in the voting process. They agreed in 2010 on a revenue sharing, just before the Vancouver Olympics and the relations between the IOC and USOC has grown tremendously.
Whoever the USOC decides to be the bid city from the U.S. will win. I GUARANTEE IT. We probably would've won it for the 2020 but we were still squabbling when applications were do so we didn't even turn one in. (Although Vegas went behind the USOC's back and turned one in anyway but it was rejected).
