What would it take, in your mind, for Rhoads to give Mess his walking papers?
Let's say, for instance, that against Tulsa we lose by a score of 10-6 and we only get 2 FGs. And in the loss we only manage about 200 yds of total offense. Would that be enough?
I'm just wondering what it would take for the hammer to drop? And don't tell me that you can't fire a coordinator in mid season. Texas did it after two games I believe when they canned their defensive coordinator after losing to BYU.
I think a bowl game is already a pipe dream, but if we lose to Tulsa, it's definitely lights out. So at that point, what do you have to lose?
