Hey There Delilah...
Does anyone else find this tune to be somewhat hypnotic? I can't get it out of my mind.
I find it interesting that it seems through time that many songs about true-life romances end up being hits...Donna by Ritchie Valens, Peggy Sue by Buddy Holly, etc, etc.

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes. -

No, but that damn song is stuck in my mind now.

If by hypnotic you mean infuriatingly annoying, then I agree.

Re: Hey There Delilah...
What was really weird for me was that my girlfriend was in New York this summer when the song was played nonstop. It was pretty freaky how much the song was like my life.

Re: Hey There Delilah...
I thought it was a great song until the radio got a hold of it and then they played it nonstop and wore it out.

I like it ... of course I mostly listen to AM or country so it hasn't worn thin on me yet.

I hate that song with a fiery passion. Add that to the fact that I have Micheal Bolton being played in my ear right now, and I'm ready to punch people.

Something about "when you graduate from High School" makes it seemingly inappropriate for an adult of my advanced age...
