Re: With a little help from CF
Italian Beef in a Bucket Serving Size around 12
3 1/2 pounds beef roast, sirloin tip or rump roast
12 ounces (jar) Italian Giardiniera -- drained
12 ounces (jar) pepperoncini peppers
1 envelope Italian salad dressing (zesty Italian)
10 ounce can beef broth
Place roast in slow cooker (3 1/2 quart). Mix all other ingredients
together, draining oil from giardiniera. (When adding giardiniera and
pepperoncini, use 1/2 jar for a mild version of all for a spicier
version).
Add all ingredients to slow cooker, cover and cook for 18 (yes, that's
right, eighteen) hours on LOW.
Meat will be very tender - can use a fork to pull apart.

Re: With a little help from CF
Ok, I have the worlds EASIEST dip, and everyone loves it at our tailgates.
Take one of the big containers of sour cream, dump it on a bowl, add in 1 package of ranch dip powder, one bag of sharp chedder, and about half a bag of those real bacon pieces. Let it sit for a few hours so the bacon gets soft, and serve it with Fritos. So simple, yet so good.

Tigershoops' Tasty Breakfast Burritoes
2 pound bag of Tator Tots
1 pound of sausage
1/2 pound shaved ham
10 Large eggs
Soft Flour Tortilla Shells
Shredded Cheddar or Cheddar Jack Cheese
Sour Cream
Preheat oven at 450 and bake the tator tots for 25 minutes. After you put the tator tots in, brown the sausage in a large pot and cut up the ham. When browned, strain the sausage and leave in strainer. In the same pan, scramble the eggs. When they are finished, dump the sausage and ham in and mix it up. By this point, the tator tots should be finished, so remove them and dump them into the pot with the other ingredients. Using your spatula, smash the tator tots up and mix them in with the other ingredients. Place desired number of tortillas in the oven as it cools for 1 minute. Take them out, spread sour cream on the tortilla (if desired), add breakfast mix and top with shredded cheese.

Easy Chili
2lbs of beef
1 qt of tomato juice
29 oz (aprox) of tomato puree'
15 oz can of red beans drained
1 med onion chopped
1/2 cup of celery
1/4 cup of green ppper diced
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tsp of cumin
1 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of oregano
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/8 tsp of cayenne
chop all vegis fine to about 1/4" pieces therefor it will soften faster and does not give you huge non uniformed pieces. once all ingrediants are added simmer for 2 hours and stir every 15 minutes. I let it set for the night. That way the ingredients will mix in for a better flavor. Take to a tailgate and stay warm.

-keep I'm thinking I would need a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack with that schedule. I would probably have to go with a Bacardi and Diet, what do you think?

Special Burger:
Raw Meat
Plate
Take the raw meat, ball it up, put it on the plate. Then say "hey man, you want raw meat on a plate you got it!"
(Sorry stupid AT&T commercial that is always on.)
My easy dip (I'm sure I'm not alone on this)
1 jar hot salsa
1 jar queso dip
heat queso dip in a large bowl to desired temp then mix in salsa. Enjoy with Tortilla chips.

Corn relishy, dippy, kinda thing
4 cans white shoepeg corn
Sharp cheddar cheese (as much as you like)
Diced red pepper
Diced jalepenos
Enough mayo to make it as creamy as you like. We don't usually use too much.
