I found some other one yesterday too where a guy was in handcuffs and they were trying to get him to take a breath test. The guy was squiriming around and kept saying his balls itched and if they wouldn't let him scratch them then could one of the scratch them for him cuz they really itched. The officer was having a hard time not laughing while reading the guy his rights and how if he refused a breath test it is admission to being over the limit.
I wonder if he knew he was already screwed and decided to get as many violations as he could.:confused:Quote:

I know a guy that works for the DNR and patrols some of the lakes at times. He is always pointing out violations when we are out on the water and he's not on duty. One of the most common things are people that smoke on a boat and just fling their cig butts into the water. He caught someone doing it one time and gave them the choice to either go pick up the butt or get a citation. Doubt he's had many people take the option of the citation in those cases.
