I dont know why they call it Sports Soundoff..... the guys are funny but really the show has nothing to do with sports. Murph and Fales seem to have less knowledge of national sports than most average Joes.
They should just have their own show non sports related.
I really wish these two would do a radio show during the day or drive time great stuff.
When they filled in for Jon Miller last spring for a week, it was absolutely appointment radio. I recorded the shows but can't find the recordings on the computer now.
Seinfeld? Fales is more in your face where as Seinfeld is more sarcastic I think.
I didn't watch SoundOff as much when Fales left because it wasn't as entertaining to watch.
In your face would be "Why is it that people that oppose gay marriage in Iowa seem to have no problem with pubescent boys in leotards writhing about on the ground for hours?"
Sarcastic would be "Dur stations keep trying to one-up each other with fancier weather radars. I don't get it."

I really don't think Fales is funny. He's like a hacky re-incarnation of Jerry Seinfeld.
I know that's not an overly popular opinion in a variety of ways, but he's one of the main reasons I don't watch Soundoff. That and the fact that the callers are horrible.
