I have 60% in foriegn. The ROI rates for all of their choices suck in comparison to what you can do outside of their investments though. Ours is actually through ABN AMRO, which was bought by Principal. Its funny, we were with Principal, then moved to ABN AMRO because of the crappy ROI's we were getting, then Principal bought ABN AMRO and ever since the ROI's have gone back down (recent market slide aside).

I've done better with conservative blue chip dividend stocks.

Yeah my stocks have had a not so great start to the year but overall I can't complain last year I made a killing, especially at the end of the year. Soooo glad I didn't take that money out to pay for college as Monsanto and John Deere zoomed
