Closer to July 22, when it is, historically, much warmer. We'll ride in from Jefferson that day and leave for Tama-Toledo on Wednesday. They might just avoid the campus entirely, though it would offer some amenities.

Back in '83 I know they used the Stuart Park across from Hilton on Elwood (err University Blvd). I would assume they'd use that, Brookside Park, and many of the other city parks.
