I'll go with Bill, just b/c of the awkwardness he caused for so many teachers and parents around the world...one man defined the meaning of sexual relations. Plus his VP invented the internet.

Back in 7th grade, I remember some smart-alec kid answering to a roll call by saying "I did not have sexual relations with that woman." The class went crazy and the teacher was just stunned.
