Re: Cyclone Fanatic Field of 64 Best Sports Movies Ever
I 2nd the motion to put in Beerfest for the second Kingpin. It's what Ernie McKrakin would want.
Cyclone
Iowa State became the Cyclones after they leveled Northwestern in 1895. As the Chicago Tribune (9/29/1895) noted:
'Struck by a Cyclone
It Comes from Iowa and Devastates Evanston Town' -

By the way are there any possible 5/12 upsets on the horizon?

I'm just saying, someday you're gonna rent Diggstown, and you're gonna freakin love it man!
but I'll admit it is a little under that radar.

Re: Cyclone Fanatic Field of 64 Best Sports Movies Ever
THe second Kingpin has been replaced... Sorry, no beerfest. The comittee (me) decided that it just didn't play in a strong enough conference.
I tell you what, this was tough work, had to move some movies to different regions. Sad thing is that I own and have seen almost all of these.

Can we get a bracket to fill out or are we just gonna do the polls?

Re: Cyclone Fanatic Field of 64 Best Sports Movies Ever
Best in Show is a good movie only because of Fred Willard's triumphant performance. I'd still rather have Landfill.
