That's a great question!! I wonder if they had to have some kind of miniature stunt person stand in because it was a kid?
In case you are still wondering. California Child Labor Laws don't allow children to do stunts. Even wire work is considered a stunt or even someone falling down. And according to California, if the production company is based out of California it doesn't matter where you shoot the film, it has to follow the child labor laws of the state. Anyways, breaking these rules can technically be a felony for the producers but most of the time they look the other way and don't do anything about it, or the studio is willing to pay the 10K fine that they may receive because of it. Just so you know, half of the stunts they do on Harry Potter are against the law. And yes there are little people that are stunt doubles for little children.
