Resizing images
Are there any places or free programs online that I can use to resize images to a certain size(as in inches)? All programs i have want to resize them in pixels and such.
Im trying to get some things ready for some tat work in a week. My buddy has page maker and a ton of other programs so its a probably a snap for him, but he's tied up this weekend with school work. I'm trying to get them done a little quicker so i can drop them off before monday.

according to a site from google 100 x 75 pixels = 1 inch by .75 inches...ok i guess thats a step in the right direction.

Inches is really irrelevant when you're working with digital images. You can scale a 1x1 pixel image to 10'x10' if you want, it's still just 1 pixel.
It depends on the resolution you are looking for.
