Agreed.
Alcohol essentially removes the filter in brain. You've always wanted to say something to some particular person. For some reason, (12) beers and (45) minutes later is the best time to do that since the filter has been removed.
It's the same with physical action. For instance, I've always wanted to remove/steal a sign in my neighborhood, but understand there are consequences if I do so. But when I'm drunk, I'm going to do it because the filter has been removed so I ignore the consequences, and I suddenly think it's a great idea.
