It used to be 11 to midnight, but my new bride used to be a 9-10. So it's pretty much 10 to 11 now. -

Second, I have enhanced situational awareness (aka paranoia) due to being a combat vet. So, I can't sleep very well if I'm by myself. I'm awake like every 10 minutes and I never sleep deeply.
Alternatively, when I'm sleeping with my wife, who has exquisite hearing, I can relax, and I sleep like a corpse.
